Deerfield Trail Residence

Jay Fulkerson, Architect, PLLC

This house was designed to create an environment free of potentially toxic building materials and systems, to provide the best interior air quality possible. We excluded any material that could potentially produce harmful offgassing (plywood, OSB, particle board, pressure treated wood, pvc piping, plastic sheathed electrical wiring, among other items), using minimally modified natural materials as much as possible and finishes with no VOC's (volatile organic compounds).
