Efland Residence

Jay Fulkerson, Architect, PLLC

This house takes advantage of a terrific southern exposure for passive solar heating, while using the roof overhangs to keep the summer sun out. There is abundant daylight throughout the house all year. This house is extremely well insulated and sealed so it uses about one half the energy to heat and cool compared to a typical new house.
